What an amazing experience, I have been for several sports massages and physio appointments due to many ailments. Elly provides such a detailed programme to do from home to help with the after care of my physio appointments. I went to Elly with a number of physical complaints. Elly assessed me, the way I moved and the sources of the pain. She spoke to me about my sporting activities and how the issues affected those activities and then was able to treat me as well as give me exercises to carry out to help both resolve the problem and keep it at bay. My issues are now a thing of the past thanks to Elly. I would recommend her practice to anybody involved in sport and exercise, and as a bonus she’s a lovely person. I only wish I’d gone to her much sooner.

Excellent Physio! Made me feel really settled, took her time in assessing the issue and made a clear diagnosis. I got some exercises and made a follow up appointment to check my progress and my issue seems to have gone away. Will definitely be booking in again!

I first came to Elly due to pain while and after running. She made me feel really comfortable during every appointment taking the time to assess any changes and improvements. She also provided stretches and strength material for me to follow between appointments which I was really impressed with and have helped greatly. I first started seeing Elly a year ago for long standing pain in my neck and shoulder. She took the time to listen to my problems and made a clear plan of treatment for managing the pain. She also provided follow up exercises to help prevent further injury. Since seeing Elly the pain in my shoulder has almost completely resolved and I could not be more thankful!

Elly is great! Helped diagnose a knee issue that's caused me trouble for the past 3 years and seen me when needed, usually asap which was very useful. She always made me feel relaxed and given me appropriate exercises or advice on what to do next. Would go back to her in the future if I any other physio related problems!
