ABOUT ME
Hi I’m Elly!
First things first, I am a senior Chartered Physiotherapist with a level 3 diploma in sports massage. I am also a qualified running biomechanics assessor. I enjoy playing tennis, CrossFit training, hiking in the peaks with my dogs and sport in general!
After graduating from Oxford Brookes University I moved to Sheffield in 2016, I live in Bradway and I’m currently building my own Physiotherapy and Sports Massage business locally. I treat an extensive range of clients, including elite athletes, across a full spectrum of injuries/problems, anything from back or neck pain, and post-operative rehab to sporting injuries and competition preparation. Alongside this, I am the senior physiotherapist at a private clinic in Doncaster, where I also manage a team of physios and staff.
Since 2020 I have worked at national level for Swim England, supporting Team England at major competitions, including preparation for the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2024 Olympic trials. I work extensively with City of Sheffield Swim Squad providing their athletes with physiotherapy, injury rehab and sports massage.
I started my career at Rotherham Hospital as a rotational band 5 Physiotherapist alongside 3 years working part-time in football at Rotherham United Academy (U8s to U18s) and Armthorpe Welfare FC, a semi professional club in Doncaster.
Other sporting interests include Ironman, triathlon, running and equestrian events.
