What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in! I recommend loose fitting clothing and shorts for treatment on your lower back/any part of your leg.
What will happen at my first appointment?
Initially we will discuss your pain or injury, followed by a thorough assessment to establish a potential cause for your problem. Together, we will create an individualised treatment plan to return you to your best.
How long a sports massage should I book?
The length of massage depends on how many areas you want treated and what kind of massage you are looking for, whether that be deep tissue, a pre or post event flush out or relaxation.
I recommend 30 minutes for one area such as neck / shoulders or calves or if you want a leg “flush out”.
I recommend 45 minutes for more than one area, e.g. all legs or full neck / back massage.
I recommend 60 minutes for multiple areas or if you are wanting a relaxation or deep tissue massage.
How long a physiotherapy appointment should I book?
If you have more than one area you would looking assessing and treating I would recommend 60 mins for your initial assessment so we can discuss all areas in detail. Your follow up appointments will be determined by the treatment plan that we agree together.
Are you partnered with any private medical providers or cash back schemes?
